Refund Policy – Meds99 understand that there are several occasions when you wish to return an order that you purchased from us. Therefore, we aim to make this process as easy as possible for our customers.
We offer you complete peace of mind with our 30 day refund policy - you can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your medications and non-medicinal products must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.

After 30 Days of Purchase: 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Following shall NOT be eligible for Refund/replacement:

1. Damages due to misuse of product.
2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
4. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.

Full Refund Possible If: 

  • You received a defective item;
  • The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
  • The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
